TERMS OF SERVICE (T.O.S.)
1. Artwork is not to be used for profit/merchandising by the commissioner unless it has been discussed and agreed to by the artist prior to payment.
2. Art may be reposted as long as the commissioned art or character(s) belong to the poster and credit is given with an icon or link back to the artist’s profile.
3. The artist reserves the right to refuse work or cancel and refund a commission for any reason. Canceled works in progress will not be subject to a full refund based on how much work has been done. The commissioner will be given what work has been done at that point if applicable.
4. All reference material to characters, poses, etc. as well as well as written information about the commission MUST be present prior to sketching. Major changes to the sketch or artwork due to neglecting to show all necessary references may be subject to fees.
5. Commissioner must adhere to the artist’s request to be paid within a certain amount of time or not take a slot until they are ready, unless discussed prior to taking the slot.
6. Commissions may take up to a month (or more for very large commissions) from the start of the commission's designated week depending on level of detail, the artist’s schedule, and communication from the commissioner.
7. Please allow time for the artist to get back to notes. Updates/wips will always be sent as applicable.
8. Commissioner must be 18 or older.
9. By commissioning you are agreeing to the above terms.
